I understand the chain of trust, but there should be some easy way to "enroll" a trusted cert or key or something with the standard kernel vs. having to build your own. LarenOne of the weirder things I've run into since my switch to Linux (and I'll point out this only happens on my desktop) is that occasionally the WM will just... not start. I can keyboard shortcut over to a secondary login, and from there I have a quick and dirty bash script to fire it off, but even so.
It's just odd.
I think the XP-pen driver for my drawing tablet is causing some sort of weird interaction, though I'm far from counting out Nvidia just being buggy... though both exist on my laptop, too, and neither of those have had any complaints or issues? So, yeah, I don't know. It's not a huge issue, since I have the script to kick it off regardless, but it's something that I feel like shouldn't be an issue at all.
