Uzi BobuziI first read the first chronicles of Thomas Covenant when I was barely an adult. I read the second ones some few years after that, soon after they came out. I think I read the first one of the third but not the last two.
So I decided to re-read them all back to back. It's slow going because of my vision and ptosis but I've finally made it to book 7.
i still love the world building but the whiny and single minded protagonists are annoying to me in ways I don't remember them doing on the first reading.
And I swear Donaldson is just making up words becauae I can't find them in a thesaurus. Though it could be that the online thesaurii have been eviscerated by LLM nonsense. IDK.
