I have some respect for Former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States #StephenBreyer. He's a good man who means well and when he's right, he's right.

The problem is, his judicial philosophy sucks. When he's right, it's not because his legal theory is sound.

The law has to mean what the law means, or it can't be Law, in the first place. His "pragmatism" is the worst thing about "Progressivism". There's no "there" there.
