For the record, my wife and I bought our house, which we still live in today, now with 3 kids, 20+ years ago with a #Kiwibank loan. The best part about having paid off our mortgage other than having paid off our mortgage is knowing every cent of interest we paid remains in NZ public coffers.

Ich propagiere seit Langem #OrganischesWachstum für das #Fediverse. - Entweder durch neue Nutzer bei bestehenden Plattformen oder durch neue Plattformen, die mit #FOSS programmiert werden/wurden.

Wohin die #CorporateOwnership oder #StateOwnership von #SocialMedia führt, sieht man im #Westen und #Asien.
