黎智英早前供稱，他的Twitter帳戶是由前《蘋果》專欄作家李兆富，協助他創立及經營。辯方今展示黎的Twitter帖文曾使用「#StandWithHongKong」標籤，問黎當時是否認識李宇軒及SWHK。黎就指他是因李宇軒潛逃台灣被捕，才知悉李這個人，在審訊時始知悉SWHK。法官杜麗冰庭上多度追問，為何黎沒有詢問李兆富標籤意思。黎重申他根本不懂何謂標籖，也不知道SWHK是一個組織，只按字面意思解讀為支持香港，就如「I stand with you（我支持你）」。
