We're assisting to a shift in paradigms.

ROAR for #Taiwan: When I heard that former NPP legislator and #humanrights activist #FreddyLim has been appointed as Taiwan's de-facto ambassador in #Finland, I jokingly said his #Chthonic band mates may as well visit him for a fine night of #Metal in Helsinki.
Turns out this has already happened last weekend at the FFF #Formosa Finland Fest, teaming up with TW bands Crescent Lament and Flesh Juicer and some Finnish bands.

a) #Taipei is not a country, it is the capital of free and democratic #Taiwan.
b) not all inhabitants of Taiwan are ethnically Chinese. There's an indigenous population as well.
c) Taiwan is not a province of #China and has never been ruled by the #CCP.
d) an overwhelming majority of the people in Taiwan do not want to gibe up the country's sovereignty, do not wish to become a part of China and do not trust #Beijing to honor any agreements.
