Huy Fong Sriracha has reappeared on the shelf at my local grocery store for the first time since November last year. Interestingly, the color is noticably more pale than the pre-shortage bottles I still have. Curious if it will taste any different…

I finally found a knock-off Sriracha sauce that—like the original Huy Fong—doesn't include water or vinegar in the ingredients. Closest recipe to the original, and _very_ similar taste. It's made by Tetsujin. I got a 28oz bottle for $5.99 at H Mart. #sriracha #srirachashortage #huyfong #tetsujin

I had also been hit by the Huy Fong Foods #sriracha shortage myself and I was desperate enough to try the Tabasco alternative (Tabasco is great, their Sriracha isn't).
