Long story short, for many years Huy Fong Foods bought their chili peppers from Underwood Ranches. Huy Fong dropped Underwood Ranches out of the blue to find cheaper chili peppers and got left out in the cold without a supply. Underwood Ranches now sells it's own sriracha sauce.
How Did The Sriracha Shortage Happen?
At last, balance has been brought to the force.
