In this season, I learned a new #trick: Dolphin #FrontFlip. You jump backwards and do a Front Flip. That's quite #dangerous. You can hit the #springboard with your head. But you can still do the trick, if you watch out.

Without my wetsuit I try the #doubleFrontFlip on the 10 feet/ 3 meters #springboard. I mastered the double #FrontFlip, but the landing was spectacular #failed on my face & chest. A slow motion landing is also included. After that heavy landing, my face was red and the #water #splash was great.

This is the first time I made the #dolphin #FrontFlip. It's a front flip that you #jump off backwards. The scary part is that I rotate in front of the #springboard and there's a risk that I'll hit my head on it and injure myself. That's #dangerous. It took a lot of courage, but I finally managed it.

I wanted to do a #frontflip on the 5 meters/16 feet platform, but I was somehow #unconcentrated and couldn't rotated myself. Good, that it ended into a head first dive instead of a belly flop.

I tried again a #doubleFrontflip from the 5 meters (approx. 16 feet) diving platform, but this time, I rotated a bit faster and landed on my face. It was a #fail. The landing felt like a heavy punch on my face. I had some small bruising later.
