Wow. This did not progress in a way I could have predicted. It seemed like it was going down the standard euro thriller route and ended up also being a sociopolitical anti fascist drama. The repressed homosexual angle was quite surprising, especially considering how it's not pointed at as a cause for anyone's violent actions. Extra points for actually settling into a thoughtful ending. Unexpected gem, right here.
