"Starting All Over Again" is a 1972 song by the cousin duo #MelAndTim. It is the title track of their second LP. It was their second and final top 40 hit in the U.S. and Canada. It peaked at number 19 on the #Billboard #Hot100, spending five months on the American charts. On the #RAndB chart, the song peaked at number 4. The cousins performed "Starting All Over Again" on #SoulTrain on March 17, 1973. They appeared on the show along with #AlGreen.

I have never had any doubts about the musical talents of James Brown, but it's very nice to see him step out of his usual role as Soul Brother Number One and just enjoy himself being in awe of two of his fellow artists. And of course, both Bobby Bland and B.B.King totally deserve it:
