Another one of my beloved childhood movies, endlessly played on WSBK TV38 in Boston on Saturday and Sunday afternoons in the #80s .
Yule Brenner is incredible in it, and everything about it makes it a perfect movie, including the music. A great score by Fred Karlin.
I’m sure it was probably pretty good, but I’ve never seen a second of the HBO series.
