Just peeled 18 boiled eggs and had the easiest time peeling I've ever had boiling eggs. And these are farm eggs, too!
1. We've had the eggs ~ a week
2. Put the eggs in boiling water (+ 1 tsp of baking soda) rather than having the eggs in cold water and bringing to a boil all together
3. Boiled for 11 minutes (should have gone another minute or two for our family preferences on yolk doneness)
4. Immediately moved to ice water bath for 10 minutes
5. After breaking the shells on the counter, dumped them back in the ice water to get some water loosening action under the shell
6. Peeled (easily!)
