Siff@kbob @chrishuck @poleguy @neuron @hwang @wow_elec_tron I got the small Bluetooth 3D Connexion #SpaceMouse as a birthday gift and I like it very much. I’m using it with #Fusion, #SolidEdge and #PrusaSlicer on Windows. I chose the small one since I don’t like the footprint of the bigger ones and since it can use Bluetooth, a dongle and USB C cable (the dongle and the cable are included in the box).

Gary HammondI bit the bullet and bought a #PrusaResearch #MK4 #3D printer. I decided to buy it in kit form and assemble it myself. After a couple of days it was all together. My first print was the sample spatula which came out perfect. My very first 3D model that was printed in wax was back in 1987. I’ve a hobbiest copy of #Siemens #SolidEdge which I’ll be using for modelling all of my projects.

aharsantI've moved from #solidworks to #SolidEdge for work, and this was great for learning #FreeCAD in my free time. Getting the hang of sheet metal products in any of those involves a learning curve but are very similar (though #SolidEdge has a great tool with synchronous design). #FreeCAD works well for folding calculations so far for me, though I haven't made too much stuff yet to really stretch the skill level with our turret punch, CNC, presses etc
