When my wife suggested I might want some of the leftover #SlapYaMama rice in my breakfast chimi, I was hesitant. I've had spicy Mexican or Spanish rice in these before, but this #Jambalaya stuff is much more earthy than spicy-hot. Wasn't sure how I'd like it with eggs. So I only added about a heaping tablespoon to one end.
