I was brought up by #cajun cooks. All my people are from #Louisiana.
We never knew wtf vegetarianism was but we ate that way quite often in hindsight.
My biggest squabble with most vegetarians is not that they like veg. It is that most of the young vegetarians I know drastically limit their variety!
There is a world of good eats people! Sample broadly. Humans are omnivores. We are constitutionally set up to eat tons of variety vegetarian or otherwise!
