As a timely project I’m going to dust off my #SistersOfSigmar and get them painted. The Anniversary is October-ish I think? If i make good progress - maybe I’ll dig out the witch hunters and see if I could update them.
Bertha Bestraufrung up to a level I’m happy with. Lots of fun, messed lots with glazing on the face, built up pallid wych flesh to a good level, then a light touch of Reikland Fleshshade brought some warmth in. Biggest takeaway? I really enjoy painting red. Mixed a few highlights on the go, just beyond delight with the results.

Ended up getting sucked into Bertha’s armour and making only minimal progress on. Doesn’t help that I felt extra clumsy in parts. Though, I feel like this might just be the mid-point slum with a mini you’re overly invested in looking good. More tidy up, then I can have fun on the red cloths.
Over in #Heroquest Corner, it was slap more base coats on. Simples.
