Meine #TYPO3 Extension Feed Display ist mit Version 3.0 jetzt für TYPO3 #v14 verfügbar! Auch #v13 wird weiterhin unterstützt.

Damit lassen sich #RSS- und #Atom-Feeds auf Basis von #SimplePie auslesen und für die Ausgabe im TYPO3-Frontend aufbereiten.

citās ziņās - vakarnakt pabeidzu vienu #RSS #web aplikāciju (nolasīšanas servisu), jo neviena nepatika.
Balstās uz vecā-labā #SimplePie (līdz arī to daļu varētu pārrakstīt).
Tagad tikai attainošanas daļa... un vēlāk kaut kad kāds #RabbitMQ pa vidu jāieliek, jo šis serviss būs uzvairākiem serveriem, bet attainotājs uz viena. #MQ palīdzēs arī nepārslogot datubāzi.

Citiem vārdiem - taisu savu #Feedly (ar visu AI/ML daļu)

The #TypoScript configuration of my #extension "Feed Display" can now also be added via #SiteSet in #v13 while the old way via #StaticInclude in the template record is still possible. #RSS #Feed #SimplePie

My extension "Feed Display" is now compatible with #TYPO3 #v13! Please note that you may need to migrate your code to the new native `ignoreFlexFormSettingsIfEmpty` property. For more information check out the ChangeLog.

So #GoHugo has a couple of data-fetching functions: GetCSV and GetJSON. But there's no GetRSS or GetFeed. I guess other SSGs have something. I'm building get_feeds in Basildon that's just a wrapper for #SimplePie, but it feels like I'm probably doing something wrong. #RSS

Nice to see that my first ever published #TYPO3 #extension EXT:feed_display is now used more and more. In the last months there was a significant increase in download numbers. Maybe this correlates with the increasing usage of TYPO3 #v12?

Oh neat, #SimplePie is still getting updates! If I ever find the time, I should really package up the numerous changes I made to keep it working with modern #PHP and my #PmWiki install, and update the PmWiki recipe. It's badly out of date.

But "if" can be a very big word...

I am currently working on a #refactoring of #SimplePie. SimplePie is used to read #RSS feeds. It is written in #PHP. If you use #WordPress, you unknowingly use SimplePie as well.
