أطلقت شركة Apptorium تحديثات جديدة ومهمة لتطبيق SideNotes على نظامي macOS وiOS، حيث قدم الإصدار 1.6 ميزات متطورة تشمل طي الملاحظات وتثبيتها، بالإضافة إلى شريط تنسيق سريع وخيارات سياقية ذكية لتحرير النصوص والملفات بسهولة. كما حصل إصدار iOS على محرر نصوص متطور بواجهة عصرية تدعم سحب وإفلات العناصر. تهدف هذه التحسينات الشاملة في الإعدادات والمظهر إلى توفير تجربة تدوين ملاحظات أكثر سلاسة وإنتاجية لكافة مستخدمي أجهزة آبل بمختلف أنواعها.

here's the script i use to turn my footnotes and references in #Ghost from the shorthand i use while writing into the proper markup for publishing. may not work for you, since i use a very specific format, but could be a good starting point!
