коснулось всех крупных операторов, в частности — Теле2, Мегафона и МТС. Начало падения трафика зафиксировано с 8 утра местного времени и продолжается до сих пор.
Проблемы с мобильной сетью возникали 1-3 мая, но они носили менее масштабный характер и общая работа мобильной сети не была нарушена. Сейчас же довольно резкое падение трафика.
Также ограничения фиксируются в Питере, Нижнем Новгороде, по Самарской обл.
