Morning 🌞

Out for a Sunday injury rehab shuffle this morning.

7.5Km - more shuffle / run, than shuffle / walk and that showed In the distance for an 1hr of running.

On the traffic light 🚦 scale, only a little mild discomfort, which I'll rate as a 3/10, so green light discomfort.

Today is the best my foot has felt for 2 months -
Which shows me this rehabilitation program, although frustrating is working.
