Looking for relaxation? My way.

How do you relax best?

I relax best by walking along the coast. I enjoy the expansive view of the water, with the ever-changing play of light from the sun. And the breeze that carries the typical light smell of seaweed and salt. And, of course, the sound of the waves.

But I live in Nuremberg, in the middle of Germany, not by the sea.

How do you capture the end of the world in a photograph - is the question that hangs over the heads of four middle school girls in Short Vacation. That is the summer break assignment of the school's photography club. The teacher gives them disposable cameras. The film, in its short running time, captures so much natural greatness.
