I had forgotten about WA state shakeout drill! I'm still recovering from the adrenaline of hearing the sirens of a nearby facility going full blast for two minutes. I guess in past years I just ignored it, but nowadays that type of thing makes me jump.

Anyway, how are your earthquake preparations doing? I should probably check my emergency bag, as I have not done it in years. It may still have emergency clothes from when the Kid was a wee little one 😅
