In #America (except what's under your clothes) you have no right to privacy while out in public spaces, but you do have an implied right to remain unidentified in most circumstances. Some states have passed laws that require you to give your name to a cop that has probable cause to #ID you and takes the time to ask in person, but camera-based identification has been struck down repeatedly.
