Somebody made me a toast like this for breakfast once, and I immediately fell in love!

However, I never thought to ask if they were right about what it’s called.

Now I find myself with the need to know, if an avocado / bell pepper, bacon & egg toast with barbeque sauce really is ’an australian toast’? 🤔
