Grrrr. I need a new TV. Mine died last night.

Or rather, I don't need a new #TV - I need a single LED from a LED backlight strip that comes in a whole set, but apparently these days it's cheaper to buy a whole new TV than to replace a 25c diode.

Life was more simple in the days when TV repairing just threw you across a room and knocked you out for a couple of minutes, rather than bankrupt you for a month.

I now have a month to decide which #SmartHome platform I will be moving to and then plan out all the changes. I'm currently on #SmartThings with a little over 200 devices and loads of customization/monitoring scripts. I tried #Hubitat and didn't care much for it, I may have to give it a try again. I hate it when companies buy a perfectly good product and then systematically destroy it. #SamsungSucks
