Lovely. Trying to cancel a subscription before auto-renewal, and I get "No account with those credentials." They're the same ones I've used for the last two years.

Contacted Support by email, since I can't log in and do this myself like a grownup . . .

More cooker delivery woes, after last week's disaster when the crew couldn't/wouldn't take the cooker off the truck, this week should have seen a core crew deliver this morning and an installation team visit this afternoon. But some one got clever and combined the two visits so I got the same crew as last week who still don't want to lift the cooker off the truck.
