Who drew the Scamp comics (often one pagers in other Disney Gold Key comics)?

They always struck me as looser and more Freeform compared to other franchise characters (as L’il Jinx was to Archie comics)

It was Al Hubbard. They had begun when it was Dell comics in the fifties, closer to the features release.
