An August 25-26 survey of over 500 Californians reveals overwhelming consumer support for California Senate Bill 362 (SB 362)—the California  Delete Act—and significant consumer concerns regarding the collection and selling of their personal data by data brokers. Findings include:

An overwhelming 81% of those polled want their lawmaker to support #SB362, even if they don't plan on using #TheDeleteAct to delete their information from data brokers!
📊 Key Findings:
91% are concerned - and 54% "very concerned" - about #databrokers selling their personal information
80% would use the proposed consumer portal for data deletion
