I asked star sailor and NASA Administrator Charles Bolden if he cared to call on 146.52. He laughed and said no, he let his callsign expire (KE4IQB).

I was at my daughter's school representing my radio club #RARS with our Youth Director K4CBW (pictured) for his visit.

Later my family listened to the #ISS FM traffic as we watched the Mag -3.2 pass at 46°.

Even got a copy of Sprat in the mail!

Vom 25. bis 28. September 2024 fand auf Rügen die großangelegte SAREx (Search and Rescue Exercise) statt. ISAR Germany war mit der elfköpfigen RUND-Gruppe als Mimen vor Ort, um realistische Rettungsszenarien für die Seenotretter zu simulieren.
