3.75-mile run this morning - started with the switch backs above College Hill, then ran down through the neighborhood and swung through campus before making my way back home.

No exercise this weekend, but I got moving again yesterday with a 4-mile run (which kicked my butt somewhat less than the prior run).

All told I walked/ran 9.9 miles, which is better than my goal of 8 miles a day. Today I walked to work, and will hopefully get in another run/jog this afternoon. #GeekFitness #RunGeekRun #Running
