If you are seeing patients with #ckm (cardiac, kidney, metabolic) syndrome, you should be aiming for (and justifying(*) if you are not) the #RuleOf10: 10mg of each of Ramipril, Empagliflozin, Finerenone, Rosuvastatin, Ezetimibe, Tirzepatide for your patients (or equivalent doses of similar drugs).
(*) eg if 10mg of rosuva allows you to punch down cholesterol , you don't need Ezetimibe.
