Given the continuous and unmatched slide to the right of the Republican party, #RowVsWade will not be the last established precedent to be attacked by their appointees.

On current trends, American will fall to the right eventually and when they do it will be a much bigger problem than when Russia or the UK did (and they'll likely fall further rightward).

If Trump, or any other Republican president, was facing an equivalent issue as the leaked #RowVsWade draft they would start moves to stack SCOTOS.

The continous march rightwards of the US is because the Democrats simply do not react as fiercely to adverse situations as Republicans.
