When we got stranded first time, we were disappointed to try AAA’s promise of #RoadsideService for bicycles, only to experience—after long hold times and long waits— local AAA towing contractor had “no bike rack, and no way to haul a bike." Sheesh! What we did next time, with excellent results (unlike AAA) was call our ex, who was happy to help immediately.
