@bipolaron @anon_opin alongside making it illegal to keep #housing vacant and literally seizing #VacantHousing, including setting up a property manager and making the owner pay for any necessary repairs.to make it liveable and only returning ownership after the owner paid the costs of this ordeal and under the precondition that the tennants will remain covered under their #AffordableHousing agreement terms and cannot be evicted by raising rent!
