Minder sociale huur in Rotterdamse Tweebosbuurt

‘Bouwen, bouwen, bouwen’, het politieke antwoord op de woningnood en stijgende woonkosten in Nederland, klinkt logisch. Maar de sociale huursector levert daar nauwelijks een bijdrage aan, zo laat de Rotterdamse Tweebosbuurt zien. Sterker nog, het gemeentelijk woonbeleid streeft naar krimp van die sector.
