I’m still reviewing the geometries for revision D of my storage boxes. Currently, I’m doing test prints with challenging filaments like this 3DJake white PLA.

As expected, there’s some curling at the inner corners where the rail grids cross. Fortunately, the latest version of PrusaSlicer has a new experimental option, “Avoid crossing curled overhangs,” which works quite well!
