At #RevCon5, #OPCW & IUPAC hosted ‘Science for Diplomats’, a knowledge-sharing initiative where experts engage diplomats on science and technology relevant to the CWC. Focus areas included artificial intelligence, drones, and additive manufacturing.
#CivilSociety participation is an essential element of #RevCon5. #NGOs advocate for chemical #disarmament and help promote public understanding of the #ChemicalWeaponsConvention.

🌍 #CHEMEXafrica is a #chemical emergency response training for #FirstResponders from #Africa. At #RevCon5 🇩🇿 hosted a side event to promote the training, which takes place in September in Algeria.
