I appreciate the post and the information. It seems clear the ruling was fairly narrow in that it does not allow states to prevent anyone from running.
We know how this will go, if #Trump wins, they will declare Section 3 null, and the #GOP puppets controlling #SCOTUS will find an excuse to support them.
If #Trump loses, there will be another #RepublicanTerrorist coup attempt to overthrow American democracy and the #GOP puppets controlling #SCOTUS will do anything to support.
