محترم شیخالحدیث شهابالدین دلاور، رئیس عمومی هلالاحمر افغانی، در دفتر کار خویش با محترم حافظ محبالله شاکر، #سرقنسول_افغانستان در شهر پیشاور، دیدار نمود.
در این دیدار، راجع به مشکلات #مهاجرین منتظر در آنسوی خط فرضی و #عودتکنندهگان به کشور، تأمین نیازهای اولیه آنان و فراهمسازی کمکهای صحی، غذایی و غیرغذایی گفتوگو صورت گرفت.
رئیس عمومی #تأکید کرد که برای مهاجرین عودتکننده باید #خدمات_بشردوستانه لازم، به طور مؤثر، بهموقع و عادلانه ارائه شود تا آنان بدون مشکل و تأخیر به تسهیلات ضروری دسترسی پیدا کنند.
از سوی دیگر، سرقنسول افغانستان در پیشاور از دیدار با رئیس عمومی هلالاحمر افغانی ابراز خرسندی کرده، حمایت از خانوادههای عودتکننده و رسیدگی به مشکلات آنان را #مسئولیت_مشترک دانسته و اطمینان داد که در این بخش، با هلالاحمر افغانی همکاری و هماهنگی کامل خواهد داشت.

#ARCS General President Discusses Returnees’ Problems with Afghan Consul General in #Peshawar

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the #ARCS, met in his office with Hafiz Mohibullah Shakir, #Afghanistan’s Consul General in Peshawar, Pakistan.
During the meeting, both sides discussed the challenges faced by Afghan #returnees waiting across the Durand Hypothetical Line, as well as those returning to the #country. They also exchanged views on meeting their basic needs and providing essential health services, food assistance, and non-food items.
In his #remarks, Mr. Delawar emphasized that humanitarian services should be delivered in a timely, #coordinated, and equitable manner so that returnees can access essential assistance without delays.
The Afghan Consul General expressed his appreciation for the meeting and #stressed that supporting returnee families and addressing their challenges is a shared responsibility. He also assured full coordination and #cooperation with the ARCS in this regard.
