Haven’t had full body DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) since 2023 so clearly playing tennis for an hour and being dragged by a friend of a friend’s under exercised husky x German shepherd does the trick!
DOMS is unpleasant! Need time, rest, massage or foam roller, light movement, an epsom salt bath tonight coz don’t want to take ibuprofen
