A fishtrawler near the town of #Honningsvåg, #Norway traversing the #BarentsSea into one of Norways many fjords.
Despite the picture being taken in May the temperature was near freezing. Still a lonely Jetski rider was brave enough to defy the cold.

The #Torne river bridge spans between the Swedish town of #Haparanda and the Finnish town of #Tornio.

The bridge is quite special. Not only is it the only connection between the Finnish rail network and the rail network of mainland Europe, it is also built as a dual gauge bridge with both, Finnish broad gauge at 1524mm and European standard gauge with 1435mm. Due to the small gauge difference of only 89mm the track is build as a 4-rail-track as opposed to a 3-rail-track.
