Here are the baked cookies... They were baked in 3 batches, the first of which didn't spread quite as nicely. But the next 2 batched spread and cracked so prettily!
I just ate one and I'm very pleased. Good spice and molasses flavour with a nice tingly warmth from the #NopeSauce 🥰

First haul of superhots; scorpion, Carolina reaper and black cobra peppers, plus some rocotos, habs and hot wax peppers for variety.
