The old cement factory along the Downs Link #RailTrail (old Steyning line) truly is abandoned. Except for some eager (but not too tall?) #graffiti artists, of course.

The Downs Link #RailTrail connects ancient churches & castles plus more modern "attractions," like this abandoned cement factory (and its rail yard). The chalky hills above tell you why it's here. That, plus the river Adur and later the rail line. You gotta get that lime down the line somehow!
