I had a long-standing email account was with #Rackspace. That account has been down/gone now for two weeks. Per their recommendation I moved my email to MS365, but I still don't have access to my archives. And they had the audacity to charge me for the mail they are not providing. #CustomerFail Their stock price is still falling. #RXT

Will be interesting to see how #RXT does today, considering the ongoing and widespread #RackSpace hosted Exchange outage that’s been going on for like three days now. I really feel bad for the impacted customers who were sold a bill of goods, but especially for the hard-working IT and support grunts who are getting their asses kicked right now by #CluelessLeadership and pissed off customers.
