I had a long-standing email account was with #Rackspace. That account has been down/gone now for two weeks. Per their recommendation I moved my email to MS365, but I still don't have access to my archives. And they had the audacity to charge me for the mail they are not providing. #CustomerFail Their stock price is still falling. #RXT
