C'est un index d'informations sur l'usage de technique s'appuyant sur des biais cognitifs sur les sites web. On a ajouter aussi des alertes sur les noms de domaine des opérations de manipulation de l'information documentées (#doppelganger, #RRN, #copycop)

FMIC was not limited to #Germany. They were eager to target #France as well by luring a #French businessman to do an "interview" with #RRN

Initially they targeted 5 countries, but later decided to focus on #Germany rather than #France.

Also, they changed #RussianReliableNews to #RecentReliableNews #RRN 🙄

Le service de vigilance et de protection contre les ingérences numériques étrangères (VIGINUM) a identifié une campagne numérique de manipulation de l’information ayant visé plusieurs États européens depuis septembre 2022, dont la France.
Cette opération de propagande, vaste et sophistiquée, a notamment produit pendant plus d’un an de faux sites officiels français et de faux articles de médias, dont « Le Monde ». Mardi, la France a mis en cause « la guerre hybride » menée par la Russie.
