@NyxMir interesting. 12-14 sounds like it would be rough. Mine seems to have leveled off at 54 (with a range of 52-90) the last few nights, as the #Garmin only measures #HRV overnight... it's an interesting graph, just not sure if it means anything. Additionally, my body temperature is apparently down to 85'F so who knows how reliable any of these readings are lol 😅 #wearablesensors
I have a couple of old disc injuries, is my biggest health problem. It's a catch 22 bc if I don't actively work on physical therapy stuff then they get worse, and then it makes me want to work on it even less, until finally my leg is spasming out bc I've been too neglectful of physical health.
I usually only keep an eye on the RHR. I meditate and cycle and walk a lot so expect my #RHR to be lower than normal, but it's a useful measure to tell if I'm just feeling "meh" or if my body is maybe fighting off an infection. When the COVID finally got me last year, my heart rate would shoot up with even mild exertion and RHR was markedly elevated (baseline 62-64, when ill it went up to 76-80).
