Milano, 13 mag. (Adnkronos) - "Un evento come Rebuild è particolarmente stimolante e interessante, soprattutto per chi, come me, viene dall'accademia e dal mondo della ricerca. È un modo di entrare all'interno dei processi economici, le relazioni dirette tra gli attori della nostra società in un settore fondamentale come quello dell'abitare, del costruire e dunque anche del dare vita a relazioni sociali attraverso il tessuto abitativo e quella fondamentale dimensione del legame sociale che è trovare case e luoghi abitabili per le persone". "Il mio intervento, nel corso di queste giornate, è stato caratterizzato da un tentativo di sviluppare riflessioni sociologiche rispetto all'abitare, alla casa, ai nuovi bisogni e alle domande sociali che la caratterizzano", conclude.

(Adnkronos) - “Per il Comune di Milano è importante essere presenti a REbuild per condividere esperienze con esperti, operatori e studiosi impegnati sui temi della sostenibilità nell'ambiente costruito”. Lo ha dichiarato Fabio Bottero, assessore all'Edilizia residenziale pubblica del Comune di Milano, intervenendo nel corso della dodicesima edizione di REbuild 2025, l'evento dedicato all'innovazione sostenibile nel settore delle costruzioni, in programma dal 12 al 13 maggio al Centro Congressi di Riva del Garda.
“Negli ultimi anni abbiamo investito, anche attraverso fondi europei, in importanti operazioni di riqualificazione edilizia, arrivando in alcuni casi all'abbattimento e ricostruzione degli edifici”, ha spiegato Bottero, citando tra gli interventi il progetto di via dei Georgofili nel quartiere Lorenteggio di Milano. “Si tratta di quasi 200 alloggi ricostruiti con tecnologie nZeb (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings), quindi con consumi energetici prossimi allo zero, accompagnati anche dalla riqualificazione degli spazi esterni e delle aree dedicate non solo agli abitanti ma all'intero quartiere”.
Secondo l'assessore, l'obiettivo è promuovere “un approccio alla sostenibilità ambientale, sociale ed economica, sia per chi vive questi spazi sia per la comunità circostante”.

Riva del Garda (TN), May 13 (Adnkronos) - “For the Municipality of Milan, it is important to be present at REbuild to share experiences with experts, operators, and scholars committed to sustainability in the built environment.” This was stated by Fabio Bottero, Councilor for Public Housing Construction for the Municipality of Milan, speaking during the twelfth edition of REbuild 2025, the event dedicated to sustainable innovation in the construction sector, taking place from May 12 to 13 at the Riva del Garda Congress Center.
“In recent years we have invested, also through European funds, in important building rehabilitation operations, sometimes reaching the demolition and reconstruction of buildings,” Bottero explained, citing among the interventions the project on Via dei Georgofili in the Lorenteggio district of Milan. “This involves the reconstruction of almost 200 homes using nZeb (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings) technologies, meaning energy consumption is close to zero, accompanied also by the renovation of outdoor spaces and areas dedicated not only to residents but to the entire neighborhood.”
According to the Councilor, the goal is to promote “an approach to environmental, social, and economic sustainability, both for those who live in these spaces and for the surrounding community.”

Riva del Garda (Tn), 12 mag. (Adnkronos) - “Nel settore immobiliare serve un cambio di paradigma che coinvolga l'intera catena del valore: dal planning alle fonti di finanziamento, fino ai modelli costruttivi e fiscali”.
Lo ha affermato Davide Albertini Petroni, presidente di Confindustria Assoimmobiliare, intervenendo alla dodicesima edizione di REbuild, l'evento dedicato all'innovazione sostenibile del mondo delle costruzioni in corso al centro congressi di Riva del Garda (Tn).
Nel suo intervento, Albertini Petroni ha ribadito come uno dei principali nodi del sistema italiano sia la frammentazione normativa e amministrativa. “Serve una maggiore uniformità del linguaggio urbanistico e delle definizioni tecniche, oltre a una semplificazione delle procedure con tempi certi e verificabili”, ha spiegato, richiamando la necessità di garantire certezza del diritto e stabilità degli iter autorizzativi.
Tra i temi centrali anche la trasformazione dei modelli produttivi del settore. “In altri paesi europei, come la Spagna, l'industrializzazione del comparto ha permesso di realizzare migliaia di unità abitative l'anno. In Italia, invece, la dimensione media degli interventi resta molto ridotta e questo limita lo sviluppo di economie di scala e processi industriali”, ha osservato.
Albertini Petroni ha poi evidenziato il ruolo cruciale delle fonti di finanziamento e del rapporto rischio-rendimento. “Per attrarre capitale paziente è necessario ridurre il rischio lungo tutta la filiera e rendere più prevedibile il ritorno sugli investimenti”, ha concluso.

This was stated by Davide Albertini Petroni, president of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare, speaking at the 12th edition of REbuild, the event dedicated to sustainable innovation in the construction world, currently taking place at the Riva del Garda (TN) congress center.
In his speech, Albertini Petroni reiterated that one of the main bottlenecks in the Italian system is the fragmentation of regulatory and administrative processes. “There is a need for greater uniformity of urban planning language and technical definitions, as well as simplification of procedures with certain and verifiable timelines,” he explained, highlighting the need to guarantee the rule of law and stability of permitting processes.
Among the central themes was the transformation of production models in the sector. “In other European countries, such as Spain, the industrialization of the sector has allowed thousands of residential units to be realized annually. In Italy, however, the average size of interventions remains very small, which limits the development of economies of scale and industrial processes,” he observed.
Albertini Petroni then highlighted the crucial role of financing sources and the risk-return ratio. “To attract patient capital, it is necessary to reduce risk throughout the entire supply chain and make the return on investment more predictable,” he concluded.
