Il Tempo: Rebuild 2026, Bottero (Comune Milano): "Rigenerazione urbana e case sostenibili al centro degli interventi"

(Adnkronos) - “Per il Comune di Milano è importante essere presenti a REbuild per condividere esperienze con esperti, operatori e studiosi impegnati sui temi della sostenibilità nell'ambiente costruito”. Lo ha dichiarato Fabio Bottero, assessore all'Edilizia residenziale pubblica del Comune di Milano, intervenendo nel corso della dodicesima edizione di REbuild 2025, l'evento dedicato all'innovazione sostenibile nel settore delle costruzioni, in programma dal 12 al 13 maggio al Centro Congressi di Riva del Garda.
“Negli ultimi anni abbiamo investito, anche attraverso fondi europei, in importanti operazioni di riqualificazione edilizia, arrivando in alcuni casi all'abbattimento e ricostruzione degli edifici”, ha spiegato Bottero, citando tra gli interventi il progetto di via dei Georgofili nel quartiere Lorenteggio di Milano. “Si tratta di quasi 200 alloggi ricostruiti con tecnologie nZeb (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings), quindi con consumi energetici prossimi allo zero, accompagnati anche dalla riqualificazione degli spazi esterni e delle aree dedicate non solo agli abitanti ma all'intero quartiere”.
Secondo l'assessore, l'obiettivo è promuovere “un approccio alla sostenibilità ambientale, sociale ed economica, sia per chi vive questi spazi sia per la comunità circostante”.

Riva del Garda (TN), May 13 (Adnkronos) - “For the Municipality of Milan, it is important to be present at REbuild to share experiences with experts, operators, and scholars committed to sustainability in the built environment.” This was stated by Fabio Bottero, Councilor for Public Housing Construction for the Municipality of Milan, speaking during the twelfth edition of REbuild 2025, the event dedicated to sustainable innovation in the construction sector, taking place from May 12 to 13 at the Riva del Garda Congress Center.

“In recent years we have invested, also through European funds, in important building rehabilitation operations, sometimes reaching the demolition and reconstruction of buildings,” Bottero explained, citing among the interventions the project on Via dei Georgofili in the Lorenteggio district of Milan. “This involves the reconstruction of almost 200 homes using nZeb (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings) technologies, meaning energy consumption is close to zero, accompanied also by the renovation of outdoor spaces and areas dedicated not only to residents but to the entire neighborhood.”

According to the Councilor, the goal is to promote “an approach to environmental, social, and economic sustainability, both for those who live in these spaces and for the surrounding community.”

Il Tempo: Rebuild 2026, Branca (Gresb): "Premiare sempre più le performance assolute degli asset'"

RIva del Garda (Tn), 13 mag. (Adnkronos) - “Nasciamo nel 2009 nel real estate e nel 2016 abbiamo sviluppato lo stesso assessment per il settore infrastructure. Rappresentiamo il punto di collegamento tra asset manager, operating company che rispondono al nostro assessment ottenendo uno scoring e gli investitori che, valutando le performance dei partecipanti, decidono dove indirizzare i capitali”. Lo ha detto Andrea Branca, Business Development Manager Southern Europe di Gresb, partecipando al panel ‘La Decarbonizzazione come motore di efficienza per la sostenibilità sociale e ambientale', organizzato nell'ambito della dodicesima edizione di REbuild 2025, l'evento dedicato all'innovazione sostenibile nel mondo delle costruzioni, in svolgimento dal 12 al 13 maggio al Centro Congressi di Riva del Garda.
“Una delle peculiarità del nostro assessment è che non utilizziamo dati proxy, ma dati proprietari degli asset manager, successivamente certificati e validati. L'assessment è composto da una componente management, che pesa per il 30% del punteggio totale, e da una componente performance, che valuta gli asset sottostanti e vale per il restante 70%”, ha spiegato Branca.
Secondo il manager di Gresb, “la futura evoluzione dello standard prevederà di premiare sempre di più la parte di performance assoluta: si passerà da 12 a 50 punti allocati su questo parametro, con uno switch significativo volto a valorizzare le performance degli asset sottostanti ai fondi”. Un'evoluzione che “si concentrerà principalmente sulle metriche considerate oggi più materiali dalla fondazione, cioè consumi energetici ed emissioni” sono state le dichiarazioni di Branca in chiusura del suo intervento.

“One of the distinctive features of our assessment is that we do not use proxy data, but proprietary data from asset managers, subsequently certified and validated. The assessment consists of a management component, which accounts for 30% of the total score, and a performance component, which evaluates the underlying assets and is worth 70%,” explained Branca.

According to the Gresb manager, “the future evolution of the standard will increasingly reward the absolute performance component: it will go from 12 to 50 points allocated to this parameter, with a significant shift aimed at highlighting the performance of the assets underlying the funds.” An evolution that “will primarily focus on the metrics considered today most material by the foundation, namely energy consumption and emissions” were the words of Branca at the end of his intervention.
